Terms of Service

Welcome to JurisLift. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our professional services, digital resources, and goods. By engaging with JurisLift, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Description: JurisLift offers specialized agent property legal services, including title examination, contract preparation, closing coordination, and consultation assistance.

2. Information Products

2.1 Description: JurisLift provides digital guides, templates, and online courses covering property transaction procedures and best practices.

3. Goods

3.1 Description: JurisLift sells printed legal forms, reference materials, and related physical items to support property service needs.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are stated in CAD. JurisLift accepts major credit cards and direct bank transfers. Payments are processed securely. Business ID: 792477486.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations are permitted up to five business days before the agreed service date for a full refund of the service fee, less any third-party expenses already incurred. After commencement, refunds are prorated based on hours rendered. Services may be transferred to another date or project upon request submitted at least five business days in advance, subject to availability.

No-Refund Service: Title Examination Service is non-refundable once initiated, due to non-recoverable third-party processing fees and preliminary labor costs.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if less than 20% of the digital resource has been accessed. After this period or threshold, refunds are not available. Unused credit may be applied toward other digital offerings.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back in original, unaltered condition within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Clients are responsible for shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within ten business days of receiving the goods.

6. Service Transfers

Requests to transfer service engagements to an alternate date or project must be submitted at least five business days prior to the original date. JurisLift will accommodate transfers at no additional fee when possible; however, availability is subject to prior commitments.

7. Limitation of Liability

JurisLift’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product. Under no circumstance shall JurisLift be liable for indirect or special losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
